Some new things to look forward to this season, is the inclusion of two guest stars... John Goodman as Vice Dean Robert Laybourne, the head of Greendale’s nationally acclaimed air conditioning repair school, and The Wire‘s Michael Kenneth Williams has also signed on for the show’s junior year as a “very intense” new Biology professor. John Goodman's character appears to have a few episodes they will appear in, the Michael Kenneth Williams character we do not yet know their involvement beyond 3 episodes so far.

Show Rating History
-----------------------
Season 1 did well in the ratings for NBC Thursday. For season 2, it held its own despite overwhelming ratings odds like Big Bang Theory on at the same time and American Idol as competition averaging from 1.7-2.4 ..

To those that avoided these threads in the past, we will do our best not to bomb GAF with endless Community avatars, over the top praise for the show and its stars. Please try not to let that distract you from enjoying the show and participating in the thread.
***I wish to give credit to PhoncipleBone for the general layout and banner in making this thread as I borrowed the one he did from the Season 2 thread and some updates rewordings.***
I don't get what needs explaining. Xan Spencer noticed that Danny, who was walking to a future dance club with Alison as the bouncer, has too many feet.
Soooo excited to see Chang's new role. Don't know if that's still spoiler worthy so I'll just stay vague.

I do have high hopes for this season. It seems that they learned how to rein it in during the second half of season 2, so it should continue into season 3. The addition of John Goodman is another HUGE plus. The man is an underappreciated genius.

Gotta admit, last season got a little disappointing and rushed towards the end but I'm cautiously optimistic for this one after reading some interviews with Harmon et al.
