It's "anime" in the sense that it was part of a compilation a few years ago that had a segement made by an anime studio. However like a lot of the Arkham costumes, they're sort of stapling it onto the game's style and it doesn't look right.

It looks stupid, but so do most of the alt costumes in the series, like the Batman Beyond costume looking hilarious given how beefy the character model is.
