I caved and I'm getting the WiFi version and I'm going to pick up a 32GB card. For games I'm going to pick up Wipeout, Hotshots Golf(might change this to Lumines), and Touch My Katamari(Seems like every retailer is doing B2G1 on games this week). I would get FIFA but the AI on the console is cheezy as hell so I'm sure the Vita version will be too. I hope they put the NHL series on it.

Nope, feels like a good case. Carries 4-5 carts (can't remember at the moment) and it feels like it has enough cushion to protect the Vita if you throw it in into a bag with other objects.

Havnt been able to put my vita down since I purchased yesterday. I actually really like the case that came with the FEB, it holds the vita nice and snug and doesnt feel like its being smashed. Also has room for my headphones and games. I thought the 3g was stupid but I really like the idea of always being connected, and being able to do things like the hot shots daily tourney on the go. Cant wait until the rest of you get your hands on this device :) and this is coming from a nintendo fan boy

If I'm gonna nitpick, I really hate that settings has its own very useless live page, meaning there's too many steps to get into it. There's no easy way to see how much space your memory card has without going into it either.

And no hot swapping memory cards? That seems like such a huge step backwards from the psp.

I also noticed that it turns on Bluetooth everytime I restart, does that drain battery in the least?

I haven't played Corpse Party yet (but I did buy it last week in anticipation for my Vita), but I have played and beat Silent Hill: Origins. I liked it a lot. I'll end up picking it up to play on the Vita, eventually.

I guess it ultimately matters on what you are in the mood for. I'm a huge Silent Hill fan, but when the choice came between rebuying and downloading Origins, and buying Corpse Party, I went with the latter. But then again, I already played SH:O.

Yeah, some things just really don't need LiveArea, unless they make good reasons for it to have one. As it stands, it should just go right into settings, friends, group messaging, and party. I could see them adding things to the LiveArea to make it worthwhile on each of those, but right now it's just useless.

I have that travel pouch. It's a bit too big for me and I don't like that it doesn't open all the way so I have to be careful sliding my Vita in because the zipper might scratch it.

Yeah I guess. I'm enjoying it. But I still think people should know what they're getting into. When I look at the cute graphics, I don't expect a difficult game. I'm just lucky that I can enjoy HSG, though it wasn't what I expected.

She is a gamer but not in the same league as us. She goes on to talk about the controls in Uncharted 3 in reference to the VITA's UC control so she's not a poser like some reviewers. :)

Anyone that doesn't feel investing a lot in memory card and is in Toronto, I can sell you my unopened 4GB card for $10. Though anyone that preordered it shouldn't have a problem since you get the card for free from major stores if you preorder it.

I don't have a huge problem with his perspective. Everyone's sort of making the same points with respect to system cost, game cost, memory stick cost (my personal favorite), smart phone popularity, etc.

But I must say I HATE the pseudo-political coverage of using reader polls as analysis. Game coverage is too obsessed with sales numbers as it is, now they're going to add polls? In contrast to all the incredible things happening in gaming, the "Enthusiast Press" is increasingly stagnant in their coverage.
