Pretty incredible for the 3DS. Interesting to see how the HW and SW hold up next week, shortages may help.
Vita remains dead. Also another fairly big release for the PS3 and yet again it remains behind last years numbers. It's on track to end up well down yoy even before the wii U releases. 3DS is a beast in Japan. Economy and smartphones do little to stop it.

wow vita: next year's 3ds release schedule makes it even harder, especially with dq vii and mh4. sony should do something with its "third parties"...

Japan will be the only territory where 3DS sales overtake DS sales when it is all said and done.
