This was a HUGE fear of mine: not being able to take a sticker or texture you make in Photoshop, save it as a JPEG, and then put it on your PS3 hard drive so that you can use it in Little Big Planet.
Having to rely on a third party hardware application when an obvious solution and implementation is much easier, especially for those interested in hardcore artistic aspects and attention to detail, is incredibly cumbersome.
The lack of this feature, IMHO, is a huge deal. It's a limiting factor and a needless hassle.
