Issues
Story mode does not work.
Some frame drops, specifically on the Big Blue tracks which struggle to hit 60 fps.
Some graphical issues on menus.
Shadows sometimes break, mostly in the Grand Prix mode.
Some effects may not work without CPU > EFB Access (the heatwave on Sand Ocean), turning this on halves performance.
