No new releases to date.

Kinda makes me sad :(

I'm craving for content I'm not able to play since I don't have the time :p

Can we use these threads for general discussion or just new releases?

I bought Zelda II yesterday... wow its hard. I played some at a friends house when I was a kid and remember it being easier/faster. Isn't there a way to hold your sword down while jumping?

Is the columns to the upper right of the starting area the best first place to go? A simple yes/no would be fine, I'm trying to not look at a guide.

Not sure about the later question as I haven't played the game myself, but for the first one, yes, but that's an ability you don't get until later on in the game.

I'm thinking Nintendo thought the Wii U eShop would be all stocked up for games in December/January. Toki Tori 2, Zen Pinball, Runner 2 were all delayed for various reasons. Don't know why Puddle isn't up in the US shop though.

Toki Tori 2 development seems to be wrapping up and Two Tribes tweeted today they are considering bringing EDGE and RUSH to the Wii U eShop next.

I've always wondered why the Japanese eShop is a million miles ahead of the western ones yet it doesn't have the Famicom/NES Ghosts 'n' Goblins or Gradius?

RUSH is just an enhanced version of Rubik's Puzzle Galaxy Rush from the Wii Shop so it's weird they are thinking about bringing that across.

Just finished Gunman Clive. Fun game, totally worth the money. And the secret character, oh the secret character. lol

I'm afraid that the first months of 2013 will be really painful for 3DS. :/

Yeah, no one wants to play Fire Emblem or Etrian Odyssey IV, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon or the new SMT game.

Unless you mean 3DS eShop only? I've gone all-digital with 3DS where possible.

We don't get SMT or Etrian IV in Europe and we don't get Fire Emblem until April. So yeah, it's gonna be rough. We don't even get Unchained Blades. T_T

Damn, yeah, it's a good time for NA players and presumably Japanese ones (DQVII's out in, what, March?), but I can see how Europeans will be screwed.

Why do you have that much money in your Wii U wallet?

Christmas...my dad got me $60 and my sister in law got me $20.

I had a $50 GC to a local mall (In Canada where I'm from) and I had to spend it before I went back to the states so I just ran into EB Games and bought another one.

I'll use it eventually...but...I'd like to have more than Trine to spend it on (maybe Nano Assault as well).

I know it's not the same but I guess you're an RPG fan? There's Paper Mario, Crimson Shroud and Denpa. Code of Princess has been rated, Monster Hunter in March, Fire Emblem in April, then the Ghostlight Devil Survivor games (hopefully February).

Runner2 March 1st PC version. So I'm assuming WiiU version comes out same day.

Toki Toki 2 got delayed and should be coming soon on Wii U eShop.

Mutant Mudds Wii U version is coming soon as well.

I meant the eShop games only. But retail-wise too, in Europe the first months won't be as good as on USA. Not bad, but not good either. But on the eShop there will probably be a drought. I don't think that I'll buy anything except HarmoKnight...

Looking to download Professor Layton: Miracle Mask (mainly for the DK code, I want to start this series from the first game) & Fluidity: Spin Cycle this month.

If anyone is selling/giving away the DK code though...PM me. :p

Isn't that more like a...tool rather than a game?

I don't know, when I get back home I'll go over it...I could even just buy a couple of full games...not entirely sure.

Well, there's this stuff for indies so far on 3Shop

Trine 2
Little Inferno
Chasing Aurora
Nano
Might Switch Force HD

If I had the money I'd also get Nano and MSF. I got Trine 2, Little Inferno, Chasing Aurora in a sale. I think the sale still goes on until the end of today.

Seriously, this shit is absurd. But even after The Cave, Toki Tori 2 and Runner 2, what else is there?! What a horrendous post launch draught.
Yeah, if there were more that was appealing I'd be using my 2 TB on it now, but at most I'll stick it in just to make sure it works (should, it's the listed Buffalo drive), and otherwise use it for stuff like PS3 backups and PC storage until there is enough on the Wii U to justify it.

Not sure when I'll buy an external drive for my deluxe Wii U. But 2TBs seems a but overkill as I've never filled my PS3's 320GB or my 360's 250GB.
