so did sam just wanna die? was that really his motivation?
This occurs pretty late in the game but this is one of the funniest scenes in the game.
Best random character in the game is Jamaican cyborg kid. I lost my shit at the "cowabanga go ninja go" scene.

Then you pull out his nanomachine heart.
"WE'RE DONE HERE!"

I'd be willing to interchange all of my organs except my brain and genitals to have the cyborg body Raiden has. Hell, who needs genitals or sex when you can essentially throw a cruise ship or slice through that same cruise ship.
Make me a cyborg America please?
I loved the Armstrong fight because its like he became a Hokuto no Ken character through the power of money and science.
The fact that he was a Longhorn instantly made me hate him as a Buckeye fan.The only thing that saved Armstrong as a character was the fact that he was a UT alumni. So random, so awesome..
I was half expecting Raiden to say "you're already dead" before pulling out his heart.I loved the Armstrong fight because its like he became a Hokuto no Ken character through the power of money and science.

Metal Gear RAY - Rules of Nature
LQ-84i - I'm My Own Master Now
Mistral - A Stranger I Remain
Monsoon - The Stains of Time
Sundowner - Red Sun
Samuel - The Only Thing I Know For Real
Metal Gear Excelsus - Collective Consciousness
Senator Armstrong - It Has To Be This Way
Loved this whole scene. From Sunny to the silliness, it all felt very Metal Gear to me.
Ignition!
Truthfully though he didnt really fit in with the rest of the characters at all. As mentioned before dude more belonged in Asuras Wrath than this game.
While his speech and personality was amusing, the way they designed his character wasnt.
I was half expecting Raiden to say "you're already dead" before pulling out his heart.
The thing is, he is mostly human. I have a feeling only one of his arms and one of his eyes were replaced. I'm basing this on his asymmetrical body and the wounds he delivers to Raiden.
I love the music in this game, has it's own feel and even though it has nothing in common with previous Metal Gear soundtracks, it still fits this game really well.
Also have to say that the part in chapter 4 when you go to the Japanese garden was freaking awesome.

If there's one moment where I laughed out loud, it was Raiden and Wolf's reaction before the launch. Putting on the visor was so simple, yet hilarious in that situation. This occurs pretty late in the game but this is one of the funniest scenes in the game.
Was there ever an explanation as to why his blood is red now? Please don't say nanomachines.
Anyways how many codec calls are in this game? I listened to a shitload of them and didn't get the trophy.

Sam was the best for me. No bullshit, only you and your sword, reminds me of a better solidus fight. Too bad that is too easy and short.
I was expecting to keep fighting him like Jeanne but seeing the game was rushed because of that kojima schedule it makes sense. At least we gonna get dat DLC
I'm still trying to cope with the Senator Armstrong boss battle in this game.
It just doesn't fit fit the general tone of the game. The cinematics with armstrong reach God Hand levels of humor, and even if that's make me happy, I think it just doen't fit the general tone of the game...

The lack of a handshake from blade wolf reminds me of this from MGS3

I'd say the only thing that comes close to it is George's "go ninja go!"
This is something I really liked as well, how the music would change slightly depending on the phase of the fight. Music works best when it's inline with the action on screen, so having it get more intense near the end of the fight is one way of going about it.All boss fights from now on must have thematically relevant lyrics when it gets the most intense.
