Warhawk for the PSP rated by the ESRB

Right, so it appears that the ESRB has been updated, fairly uninteresting stuff for the most part, and then I come across this rating.
Warhawk SCEA E Violence PSP, PlayStation 3
Now, I guess the question here is if this is some sort of PS3 to PSP play mechanic or if this a stand-alone title of some sort?
