(1) How the hell would a Vita NOT come with a battery. They're not removable, at least not easily.
(2) You'd be seriously lucky if someone somehow (a) traded in a Vita with the memory card left in the slot and (b) cowboom (or other seller) didn't find this and repackage it for seperate sale.
