It really depends. If you plan on playing the game offline, I wouldn't even bother. Unless you were endurance racing (which, in itself takes a while to get to), it'd take forever to get 20 million credits.

That said, if you were playing online, logged in daily for 5 days so that you can get the x2 multiplier, and if they have broken seasonal events again that would allow you to get 50,000 credits for a 49 second race? It's not terrible.
