Grind to get your choice cars or grind them out. Though having a thousand cars to choose from as you progress makes grinding for them much easier than if you only had a couple hundred.

Turn 10 deliberately made it harder to earn credits in Forza 5 in order to push people to purchase tokens, that's what people were mad about.
