Currently in GT5 it'd take me around about 30 - 40 minutes or so to make a million, maybe quicker as some seasonal events offer nearly 500,000 for a win (more if you win with a lower PP).
If GT6 is the same where is the problem?

The problem is that these kinds of microtransactions do not belong in a $60 game... period. It's great if you can earn as usual, but that does not make the inclusion any less sleazy.
