Look, I like Donkey Kong as much as the next guy. I love platformers to death, and I was a Rareware superfan all through the '90s. But damn if I wasn't holding out for a larger scale project. I just want to see Retro come out with something fresh and exciting. Something that screams "go buy a Wii U right now!" At least in my opinion, Donkey Kong isn't that game. This feels more like Nintendo playing it safe.
