What's stopping you from using ear buds/headphones? I never play my handhelds without my ear buds.

Because I don't feel like it. If I'm grinding through dungeons I'd like to have a movie on or something and not have to worry about plopping on a pair of headphones every time a story segment comes up.
That's honestly just more of a hassle than I'm willing to put up with.
