What we have is Panic Mode Nintendo trying to shore up the leaking boat by putting out the tried and trues.

The problem is the Tried and Trues were just cycled through in a normal cycle. So now in a Panic NIntendo is pushing the tried and trues out again over and over to try and shore up the boat but instead its taking on more water because there is only so much one can stand.

I love Platformers and I am to the point of indiffference now after NSMBU,LU,NSMB2,DCKR3D,SM3DW,Sonic Lost Worlds.

I mean its been a non stop barrage of platformers. Tropical Freeze obviously cannot be blamed as a panic mode decision but all the other decisions make it so less desireable
