I don't really agree with the UI complaint, I think the UI is pretty good.

The ergonomics complaint, OP did you get the OG or the XL? The original did give me hand cramps but the XL is really comfortable.

That said, most of the other complaints are valid. The vast library of amazing games more than makes up for it though.
