Ok here it is the new official buy/trade/sell thread. As you might have seen from the last thread some people were scammed. So there are a few things I want to say. At Neo-GAF we would like to believe we have a fairly strong community, but with that being said we do have to allow for new members to join Neo-GAF. So just try your best to be aware of whom you are dealing with in these threads. Also it is sad that I have to say this but Neo-GAF bears no responsibility if somehow a poster does get scammed in this thread or future threads of this nature. And finally I would say save your PMs from sales and update in this thread games bought and sold.

We will try to do what we can to help out posters in need, but really there isn’t too much we can do if you sent out a money order and don’t get a game in return. I hope this never happens again and I am truly upset that people would be so petty to do this in our community.

Well said. I would also suggest that if people have CAG/Ebay feedback to link to it. Also people should really be avoiding using money orders/checks/cash anyway. Unless you're not old enough to have a bank account and use paypal, there's little excuse.

As extortionate and buyer unfriendly as Paypal is, this is why it (or a similar service) is worthwhile. I wouldn't deal in money orders in this day and age.

I have two ebay ID's - allegate and nefnx - for a total of over 300 feedback and only I only have one negative. (two ID's because I lost the one account to a scammer and it took awhile to get it back. now I use both, but never to bid on my own stuff. I would think that ebay would figure that one out pretty quickly.) I'm on CAG but I haven't done any trading there. I've bought, sold, and traded quite a few things from different GAFfers, though. Heck, that's how I got Ouendan. It sucks that the old thread was killed by scammers, but as big as it was maybe it was for the best. Starting a new one with fresh blood could being new people in who thought the other thread was too big to read/do business in.

EDIT: sold Ninja Five-O and Ouendan. I'll be putting my sealed copy of Ninja Five-O on ebay tomorrow and the link here.
