Well given the sales of the first game it's no surprise but...

BOOOOO Leave the story as it was (or at least use new characters).

we all knew we would get an sequel sooner or later.. But still i thought Naughty Dogs next project would be a new ip.

Still happy about the news

Goddamnit. I hate that every fucking game has to bear the burden of a possible sequel these days.

I hope Naughty Dog chooses not to do it.

No surprise there considering how well the first sold. I would've personally left it as a one and done game but whatever.

the first one was universally acclaimed and sold millions, ain't nothing getting in the way of dat sequel. which is good, im so ready whenever it'll be

So you are telling me that one of best games of last gen that sold a lot is getting a sequel?

Good to know, because I loved it.

The Last of Us 2 would effectively be a new game if the cast is changed. The concern shouldn't be with the way the game plays, but whether or not Naughty Dog can deliver on writing.
