Didn't expect this at all but great news.

The first is by far the best LEGO game I've played. LEGO Avengers was okay but not as good so hopefully this is more like the first than that.

Can't watch the video right now. Any mention of platforms? Wouldn't mind getting this on Switch.

I loved the idea of the first one, but the open world wasn't interesting to explore, especially coming from LEGO City, which killed it for me.

Hopefully they improve on the formula of the first while avoiding the issues from the Avengers one.

Hopefully they have portable versions again. The 3DS version was really decent, so I'm excited to see what happens.

Also Moon Knight plz.

Will this have an original story? I hated how the subsequent entries adhered to the cinematic universe cutscenes.

Good. Me and my dad loved playing the first one together and were upset to hear the Avengers game was just a rehash of the movies with the same world as the first game.

Hopefully, this isn't MCU related, since Avengers lost a lot by being more or less a recreation of the Phase 2 films. Going original for the first game was a huge boost to the humor and character interactions, and the Marvel-ized version of NYC was pretty fun to explore.

I am probably hoping against hope that they'll be having the same cast, though, since I expect a much smaller X-Men representation and probably nothing for Fantastic Four. No more hilariously creepy idle Reed Richards animations would suck.

Does it include the X-Men and F4? I hope they keep the good things from the Avengers one (Iron Man suit ups were really cool + the coop combo moves).

Also it's not movie related (it's a sequel to the first one that had an original story).

I'm sure we'll get The Inhumans to make up for the lack of X-Men.

I wish this was a joke.

This whole announcing a trailer with a teaser thing is getting really old if I'm going to be honest. Just release the trailer, not a teaser for your trailer you probably already have done.

If all DLC came tied to $13 figurines, I'd consider all DLC to be free
First one was great...so i will check this one out as well.

I would really like this team to consider a LEGO The Simpsons game.

Open-world Springfield with levels based in famous episodes. The huge cast of characters lends itself really well to the LEGO games too.

The first game already had Black Bolt, so I'm sure he's bound to be joined by his fellow family members. Hopefully, they figure out a way to make a playable Lockjaw, since that would be pretty worthwhile.

Simpsons is one of the three Lego games I really want them to make. The other two are Scooby Doo (With a hero and villain campaign like the one in the first Lego Batman) and Doctor Who.

I doubt it, the Lego Dimensions Simpsons level/world had no original VA and didn't even have the main theme.

If it isn't just MCU focused like the Avengers one I'm in.

The first one was great and had so many vool characters.

Actually wondering why WB didn't have a presentation around E3 this year. Think they teased maybe doing one late last year. Mordor, LEGO, Injustice DLC, smaller games and maybe a MK anniversary port would make for a cool presentation.

Lego Marvel was so good!

My goddaughter still plays it whenever she's over and it's been years. My little cousins could play that for hours and hours just swapping characters and doing nothing but exploring the open world.

And it was fun for me having to explain who everyone was.

Best Lego game I've ever played, was really disappointed by the 'Avengers' idea as this was much better with its own story. Glad it's this one that got the sequel!

I missed the "LEGO" part in the title and got super excited, lol.

First one was great to play with my son. Hopefully we get some cosmic locations for the 2nd.

I like the way you think.

I've been asking for this game for ages, but it seems like nobody listens.
