Look. NeoGAF mentioned in html source. Looks like pointing to one of the GAF thread.

One of the clips mentions a Splinter Cell and it has the night vision goggle noises.
Could this be the Clancy crossover game?!?
suaveric said:i wonder if this is some sort of "commander" type game. more about strategy and less about action. most of those audio clips are some guy giving orders left and right.
Cold-Steel said:The weird part is, everything about the trailer screams Ghost Recon.
All the links are voices of reports of war with Mexico and low-level EMP's being detonated on the NSA, CIA and the Pentagon. There's even one with the general telling Mitchell to take the plaza. Following the storyline of GRAW 2, this could just as easily be Mitchell. You can even see the target recticules of GRAW in the videos.recovering from the EMP dropped over him
Could be another Ghost Recon game as well...weird...

Acronymfinder has an entry for JSF that sounds appropriate in a Tom Clancy game... Joint Strike Fighter.
Now on to the weird stuff...
I was trying to see if those numbers represented a word (nope, no ASCII/HEX/EBCDIC stuff that I could find) then I noticed it could be looked at as two numbers, or coordinates... but latitude/longitude coordinates were two groups of three numbers...
Let's break the longer hyphenated number into two groups of four two-digit numbers:
28 55 58 33 80 60 47 22
If you take the difference between each number and the one after it (as two groups of four two-digit numbers) you'll end up with two three digit numbers.
So the difference between 28 and 55 is 27, 55 and 58 is 3, etc.
You end up with:
28 55 58 33 and 80 60 47 22
27 3 25 and 60 13 25
Now if you go WAY out on a limb (as in way further than we already were), you could assume this is latitude and longitude.
Latitude 27 degrees 3 minutes 25 seconds
Longitude 60 degrees 13 minutes 25 seconds
I figure I've got about a 75% chance of that pointing to water... but it didn't. I think about Tom Clancy and I think war, fighting terrorists, etc. Where do those coordinates point? Iran.
Joint Strike Fighter: Iran
Coincidence? Probably. Cool? Yeah.
