Seems that part of the content (in audio files) came with the GTA Online Beach Bum DLC.

So we might be seeing it soon.

Nothing definitive on if it is single-player focused, or for GTA Online, but Rockstar teased an upcoming announcement for single-player GTA V DLC not too long ago.

I ran into the Casino/Track while doing the skydiving side missions and was hoping they would make this a functioning building. This would be another great way to earn cash to buy up all the properties. Hopefully they make this available soon.

I had been wondering why they didn't put that giant casino to use in the game. I wonder if there will be an Oceans 11-style heist?

Well...yea. There's a big ass place in SA that says CASINO, that you couldn't enter. Im sure this will be a fine replacement to not having any burgershots being accessible!

Saw this on gta forums. I feel it's most likely cut content.

Edit. I just had one of those cut scenes switching back to Trevor with him being kicked out of the casino for cheating.

In-game gambling in GTA is very dangerous.

I'm sure it'll be a nextgen feature in all microtransaction games. Risk is innately exhilarating, especially for gamers who are easily parted with their money.

Good, because I would often visit the casino and racetrack and shake my head wishing they were actually utilized.

I had chalked it up to them either running out of time or running into a snag with states individual gambling laws (since the game takes real world money in online).

I hope they also make use of the amphitheater they have. Would be tits to listen to actual artists performing there. Maybe that'll be a future heist location as well?
