There's a difference between selling well in your home country and then trying to sell worldwide. Nintendo might be doing well in Japan, but worldwide sales of 3DS are lukewarm with Wii U selling well.... This holiday season will be favorable to the 3DS, but the Wii U's outlook is to be determined.

Only 2000 between FFX and FFXII? Wasn't expecting that.

I thought the whole FF XIII series was popular in Japan but the sequel did less than half of the original.

Oh and wow at the Nintendo domination.

Show's how a culture influences interests, too. We're more about guns and killing others, so that's what our media encompasses more. This in turn leads to our major games focusing on it.
