Very quick reminder for new and for some of our old members alike: Putting a disclaimer in your OP does not give you an OK to break the ToS.
Most people like to have fun but not everyone views what is offensive and what is not the same way. While we do try to let posters say what they feel most of the time, but as a general rule of thumb racism and sexism will not be tolerated. So if your name is not red putting a disclaimer in your OP like
If you do not have thick skin stay out of this thread carries no weight and you will feel the weight of the banhammer.
The same applies to something like NSFW (not safe for work); this does not allow you to post porn or whatever you please because you put NSFW.
These are just tools to give other posters an idea of what is going on in a thread and when used correctly they are very useful to the community of posters we have here. But, just because you posted a warning does not mean you can post anything you want.
