Ok, so the Rockman Xover game for Iphone was released today in Japan, I unpacked the file and found this?:

Why it's the purpose of having this inside the game?. The file it's called opening.mov.

That is literally My First Flash Animation.

They just didn't care when making the game, did they?

I want to clarify that I don't know if that's something that it showed at some point in the game or anything because I'm stuck in a loading screen, and the thing goes very slow, didn't play a single minute with the game yet.

We don't even know who "they" is, Capcom could be outsourcing this to a Somalian studio for all we know.
