Sounds more like a super-hard platformer or a rogue-lite type game to me.

Other companies have made teasers for less, Sony could to. I am with you though I doubt it's that.
Those teasers are for Until Dawn. I think that's pretty clear at this point. Maybe it got renamed.

This probably isn't he "horror reinvented" game. This sounds like an indie title, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was a tough perma-death rouge-like.

Well, the guy that created Silent Hill and Siren works for them, so it'd be easy for them to do.
