Are these actual FO NV animations? Cause I never noticed them be so goddamn cool
i mean it's from millenia's fantastic weapon mods but it's FO NV. the stock fonv guns do have proper animations like that but basically you'll never see any of these animations unless you slow time down a lot because these things pump in a split second

Such a fun little game. It's so relaxing compared to other multiplayer shooters.
Here's a zip with the webms encoded with VP9 that lead to crashes in the browser. They work with media players though.Ok, it's the VP9 codec. Just encoded to VP8 with similar settings and no more crashes. Super weird. Will use only VP8 from on.
Check the webms for yourselves. Weird Climbing Animation + Weird Head Animation
Hi Alo, just cross-posting from the Witcher 3 DF thread.
Made two webms that lead to browser crashes and found the problem later. Maybe it'll be of use to someone.

You were right Alo. I got the new FFMPEG which was updated just today and now VP9 is a go.
Here look.

I read in the webm thread that you suggest using VP9. Why is that, what's the advantage?
Because Alo81 personally suggested I post it here:

Every time I used VP9 it killed my webms, but eh. Any quality webm is better than a gif!
You can play it on PC right nowI made this using op tutorial:
Upcoming PS4 SNOW game.

Does anyone know the best place to host WebM's permanently?
It looks like all the WebM's from pomf.se are dead and that's a damn shame.

I just started using nVidia Shadowplay and this is my first gif/webm ever!
War Thunder: Yak-9K triple kill
It's a bit big though. Gfycat makes it easy to drag it to a smaller size, but is there a way to make it default to a smaller size? I didn't see any options. I just uploaded it to gfycat from the video file on my desktop, so maybe that's why.
Gfycat is pretty much the official webm host of reddit, so I'm sure it will be around for a long time.
I don't know if it's the best place, but sta.sh works with webm's as well.
Oh for real? Awesome! I rememeber trying it when this whole WebM thing started kickin off and it didn't work. Let me test it out, and can you post an example link?

Or your link Emerald Maiden link.

You get the link by clicking the "download" button in the sta.sh page. I suppose it depends on the browser settings if it actually downloads it or tries to view it. I have firefox set in such a way that webm's open in the browser by default, and that's where I grab the proper link.
Did anyone try to extract frames from video with ffdshow decoder?
Used 60 fps video. But the result is slow motion gif, grab every 5 or 10 frames in settings makes it choppy slo mo.
That was the case, thanks. You would need to set the correct time for how long each frame should be displayed as well I believe. Currently you are displaying each frame for too long and it becomes too slow. It's been quite some time since I made one myself, so I might be off here.
Didn't know the kneeslide jump had gotten that long, is it cause you're homing on the enemy? Very cool gif.
