Well I'm back from my Japan trip now and can do my match with Kyzon whenever now. Are we still waiting on anything to do that round or should we go ahead and try to schedule it?

Well two more rounds in the losers bracket still have to finish in order for our winners bracket matches to matter for possibly holding up anything there, so it seems a bit early to start randomly picking the winners bracket matches and then having the winners finals match play and wait for 4 more rounds to get their next match anyways.

I talked with Kyzon already and he said he can play on Monday for our winners semifinals match. That should be enough time for the next non randomly forfeited losers bracket round to finish and have their next match lined up by then without causing delays.

Wat. Kyzon and I were planning to play tomorrow night. Pretty janky to just randomly pick top 8 matches on a whim.

Especially since now you're just causing more unnecessary waiting on the losers bracket for another round of matches to finish.

I'm rushing through the tournament because some people are fucking MIA when this SHOULD'VE been done a while ago. Just because people are playing the shiny new version doesn't mean I'm going to just go "lol gaf gonna gaf" when a tournament is going on.

If nobody is going to bother to advance the bracket then I'm going to do it FOR them. I'm tired of this shit in every goddamn tournament, and I'm tired of the same excuses. Play your matches, let me know if you can't, etc. It's not difficult, people. If you don't like it, let me know and I'll put you down as a forfeit. I swear to fuck this is the last time I'm ever helping anyone on this fucking site for a tournament.

It's not stressful, it's annoying. This same exact thing has happened before, and I'm getting the same exact responses. Instead of playing their matches, people sit around and forget about the tournament, then cry when I try to move things forward. ESPECIALLY when I give more than enough time to complete matches.

So if you're going to get mad about me following through with my warnings, then just stop playing.

Zyrox and I have not made any effort to contact each other. Since the loser's bracket is so far behind (and still so far behind), I didn't see any reason to rush into it. Should I have?

Chill, dude! The winner's semis still wouldn't affect the progress of the loser's bracket, which is still like two rounds behind where the loser of the winner's semis will end up (before the last bracket update, at least).

That said, yeah, I messed up by forgetting about it period.

k, undid that, now the two remaining losers round 6 matches need to be done by Tuesday, and then winners/losers top 8 by Friday or Saturday (that should be more than enough time for winner semis)

edit: P.S. top 8 is 3/5, so that goes for all the matches from here on out except for JoeInky/OricWindstar and Cedric/Necromanti

Cedric said he was free today and I'm free now that I'm home, so the match should be happening some time today.

Gonna have to forfeit. Basically I have chronic eczema which is really messing me up for the past week, and I don't know when it'll get better. Can't really play properly in my condition nor do I want to.
