Hah, I was thinking about making a thread yesterday so you wouldn't have to pimp yourself. Great show as always, I haven't heard detailed commodore 64 discussion in a long while.
Later in the show you talk about playing D&D online; I did a 4E campaign last year over a client called Fantasy Grounds which I highly recommend. Costs a bit, but most any tabletop system can be run through it, and the interface is top notch. |

Wonderful to hear the talk of the wondrous Alternate Reality for the 8-bit!
Revolutionary gameplay and incredible music (nice graphics too): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lpW3dhF4PCA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xyemDydjnP4 (shows the music/lyric system) Same team (Gilbertson and Price) did the fantastic Tail of Beta Lyrae (superior Scramble type game with some of the best 8-bit music around): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N2muzwR1VJA http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j7bqN5KJ364 Nice podcast, I have subscribed. |

Well I for one feel learned. I wonder though if anyone here can help me with the emulation issues I had mentioned on the show. Like I said, everything loaded, but only H.E.R.O. responded to control inputs. But the little lights in the emulator itself told me the buttons were being pressed in everything else, so I have no idea why the ROMs did nothing.
