[EU] PSN JUNE part 2 sale 160+ items - mostly EA titles and more

Yeah I know but how can you use the one that's cheaper?

By creating an American account.

I have had one since launch, sales aside, a brand new release at $60 works out around £40, compared to buying on the UK store for example, when games are at least £49.99 (often £54.99)

You can play any games purchased on your alternative account on your main account, all you do is set it as your "primary". You can actually have more than one PSN id on your console as a "primary". The primary thing refers to having only one physical console tied to each PSN id. Son on your home ps4 you could have a uk, us and Canadian account all set to primary.

The only caveat is that dlc is region locked, so say for example a game was cheaper on the US store, but the dlc was cheaper on the UK you couldn't mix and match as it were, if you buy a US game you need the US dlc

Creating an account is very straightforward, and there are many places where you can buy American credit (you can't use your uk card on the PSN) so you can top up at Amazon.com, pcgamesupply, cdkeys etc

What makes you think they'll be one, just a gut feeling?

I need more RPGs to play on my Vita for when I'm done with P4:G

They usually have like 3-4 japanese sales a year, usually, and i dont recall any good ones this year so far. Usually there is like a squeenix sale where parasite eve/3rd birthday, final fantasies , or breath of fire, ys etc...

Im just surprised we havent had one yet.

I wish we would get the matching price drop for some of the bigger Sony games like in US PSN, Until Dawn at 20€? Yes please.

I bought Ratchet and Clank, I'm hesitating over Dragon Age : Inquisition.
I already have quite a backlog including all the Witcher DLC but £9.49 is pretty tempting...

I'd definitely prioritise playing the Witcher DLC, but DA:I is worth a look at some point. Maybe grab it at the next sale?

Looks like bugger all new stuff on sale this week. I'm just seeing Homefront: The Revolution, and not much else.

yeh No big sale this week I would think. Next week should be the next big one since this one ends then.

Im hoping for a non-publisher sale.

Something like a e3 sale, or playstation classics sale, or japanese sale or something like that.

I feel like either next week or the week after that the yearly Big In Japan sale will start. Last 2 years it started around the beginning of july so im hoping thats the case this year aswell.

A PSP/Vita sale would be nice

Unravel is a must get from this sale everyone. It's only € 8 if you have PS+, which is steal.

The game looks stunning, is very charming and the puzzles are inventive and pretty smart. It even tugs on the heartstrings a bit, which I didn't expect. But it's definitely not a style over substance game, the gameplay mixes platforming and puzzling really well.

So yeah, get it.

Missed the sale price on Tearaway, so I'm going to pick this up instead.

Yeah, I bought it although only played a couple of levels. It's absolutely beautiful and charming and I love the music and serene nature of it.

Is there an easy way to check if you own a game's dlc? Dead Space 2-3 n this case.
I may be mistaken as I've never really checked it before, but I believe if you are logged in on the Web store and you search up the dlc, it will show as "purchased" if you already have/had it

That did indeed work. Seems I got everything worthwhile for DS2 but not for DS3.

just a reminder to all, this sale expires within the next couple of days.

I would presume there would be a new sale then.

With luck we will know it in a few hours. Rumored games are Evil within and REmastered 6, but... Yeah

Are you joking? EW and REmastered 6 would be to good to be true.
All I hope is that the PS+ for July or the next months games don't include Army of Two 3 for PS3 because I bought it in this EA sale.

What are the chances that we get something like a summer sale for July?

They are. They'll be announced today at some point, a week in advance like always.

My guesses:
PS4: No Man's Sky (an early release for PS+)
PS4: Dark Souls 3
PS3: Yakuza 5
PS3: Odin Sphere Leifthrasir
Vita: Rocketbirds 2: Evolution
Vita: Steamworld Heist

Bonus E3 celebration: Uncharted 4

I think it'll be

PS4: SOMA
PS3: SOMA Last Gen Edition
Vita: SOMA Pocket Scare Edition

Guess I won't be buying any discounted titles for my PS3 as I'm getting a pesky 80710101 message when downloading larger games from my library. Rebuilding the database didn't work and Twitter shows a lot of people with the same error code. Hope it'll get fixed soon.

PS4: SOMA
PS3: SOMA Last Gen Edition
Vita: SOMA Pocket Scare Edition

I think it'll be:

PS4 - SOMA: Have you completed it yet? Edition
PS3 - SOMA: Stop making excuses and play it Edition
and
Vita - SOMA: It's not really a scary game, it's actually a karting game after you get past the first chapter. You like karting games, right? I remember you were thinking of buying a Wii U just for Mario Kart 8. Well, that's what this is, and you should totally play more than the first 30 minutes and get on with it because it's a really enjoyable game. Maybe not quite as good as Crash Team Racing, but definitely better than Sonic & Sega All-Stars Racing, which was a solid game but definitely lacking in a few areas Edition.

Price has not updated yet but the description has, Ray Gigant will be on sale starting today
