Mods need to stick this thread. Maybe for just a day? I don't want this to go away.
Im not one to get excited over stuff like this, I remember watching the towers go down and not understanding what it meant. Just very detached from the situation. But this for some reason feels good/comfortable. Maybe its cause I'm older and I understand it a little better /shrug |

But idk, i'm just not an 'america fuck yea' kind of guy I guess. Someone is going to take Osama's place and do more fucked up shit in the future so I'm not really sure we 'won' anything. The war on terrorism is as never ending as the war on drugs. Like I said it's great that we got a big guy down today but I guess i'm just too much of a pessimist/realist when it comes to stuff like this. That being said I'm happy for people who feel they got justice today, for whoever lost a loved one and never felt real closure. Obama 'walking off like a boss' after the speech thing was lulz. It's always fun when Obama does something cool/has a fuck yea moment.

Mr. Obama’s address, initially planned for 10:30 p.m., was delayed repeatedly. CNN reported that he was writing the address himself. Like a boss. |
