Jordan couldn't even keep his wife (Magic contracted AIDS and banged every hot chick on at least 5 continents and Cookie STILL stayed with her man), can't run a business (Bobcats/Wizards :lol), and lets be honest for a second, it was really the Scottie Pippen Judd Buechler/Luc Longely tandems that won those rings. Jordan was just along for the ride. Next time Jordan wins a championship playing as a center or without riding the coattails of Scottie Pippen let me know! Hell Jordan doesn't even have hair and he probably raped Bill Cartwright in the shower (not to mention that he destroyed a 17 year old kid that HE drafted in front of the entire team), How can the GOAT be bald or a rapist?

Also, the Young/Montana debate is laughable. Montana destroyed the Cowboys dynasty with one of the most memorable plays in NFL history and transformed the Niners into a real team instead of the laughing stock they were before he was there and after he left (you know it is true FMT!). Young couldn't stop the Cowboys cocaine and hooker fueled monster and got his one ring by running up the score against a shitty Chargers team with a team that was stacked with talent. How is this a debate?

List of potential topics:

- Christian Ponder's place among the all time great NFL QBs.
- Jared Allen's hair.
- Fat, toothless, 'sconi women.
- Tom Brady's closet watch.
- Josh Freeman's weight.
- Top 10 greatest Paul Allen play by play calls of all time.
- Pictures of Jenn Sterger. Pics of JGar for FMT.
- Greatest Tecmo Bowl athlete of all time.
- Vote for squicken's next team.
- The search for MrBob: Lost and Forgotten, or just Lost?
- Tarvaris Jackson - wasted potential, or being kept down by racism?
- Zombie Al Davis.
- Outside the Lines: The Fall of Andrew Luck: Bangin' college bitches in SoCal, to shrinkage in the Arctic Tundra of Northern Minnesota

I will address these one by one.

Who the fuck is Chrinstian Ponder?
Allen's hair is nasty.
Don't want to discuss or look at sconi women.
I approve of disparaging remarks of Brady.
I only have a Core 2 Duo at work so I don't know if this laptop could handle the numbers we would be looking at when talking about Freeman's weight.
Yawn @ play by play calls.
I can get behind Sterger pics, but leave the double BJs and JGar stuff to FMT.
Bo Jackson.
No thanks.
MrBob is probably Jay Cutler.
TJack doesn't play in Green Bay so it isn't racism, he just sucks.
Lets not ruin this morning with Davis pics.
That is a depressing story re: Luck.

Actually I saw the Sports Science draft special, Christian Ponder looked pretty decent. I bet there was a Vikings exec somewhere who felt extra justified with the pick after that lol.

Patrick Peterson looked really awesome in it, as did Von Miller.

Cris Collinsworth had written on his website, footballpros.com, and tweeted that his best guess for the start of the NFL season was early November. Then there'd be a nine- or 10-game regular season, then the same number of playoff games.

Collinsworth's point is an interesting one. He thinks the appeals court will side with the owners and the current lockout will stay in place. If it does, neither side will be supremely motivated to move; the owners will figure they've already made a strong offer (the March 11 offer) and will wait for the players to budge. But the players, on a tremendous streak in the courts right now, will figure they've made sound arguments in front of a mediator in Washington and judges in Minneapolis, and even if the lockout stays legal, their antitrust case will have a good chance in the Eighth Circuit.

And the players won't blink until they start missing paychecks. Collinsworth saw it twice as a player, in 1982 and 1987. "The only thing I'm absolutely certain of,'' he told me, "is that there will be players broke by the middle of September. There will be pressure to make a deal. But there will be pressure by owners too. They've got payments to make too -- stadium mortgages.''

Collinsworth gives them three or four weeks to make a deal. Then a week of free agency, signing undrafted college players and unsigned veterans. Two weeks of camp. One preseason game. Then the season starts, either on Oct. 30 or Nov. 6.

Is there a huge compelling argument to not just extend the season into March or April so we can have a full season? Would the players gripe and moan about not getting their two month vacation despite having a 6-8 month one this year?

baseball was nowhere near NFL even before their stoppage in the 90's, plus they skipped the postseason, a mistake the NFL didn't make in their previous two shortened seasons. I would be pretty pissed if the NFL ever skipped a super bowl.

The only ones that will negotiate that quickly are undrafted free agents.

Collinsworth paints a nightmare scenario. Personally felt the quality of play was down last year, just imagine the garbage we'd tune in to watch under his scenario.

Man, Gus Malzahn is a damn good Offensive Coordinator. Good Job of keeping him on Staff, Auburn.

It's a solid system. Gas the hell out of the opposing College Defenses with No-Huddle, until they're utterly spent, then throw all over them for much success. Just look at the QB success he had with QB's at Tulsa, then Chris "Bum Shoulder" Todd at Auburn in 2009.

Cam's a solid QB, but he is as much a system-based success QB as those Spurrier/Florida, Texas Tech and Hawaiin QB's were. Carolina needs to start working on some No Huddle stuff right now, if they want to see some Pro Bowl-Calibur QB work in Charlotte.

Carolina should have tried to get Malzahn as OC, or at least have him come in and replace Mike fricking Shula. That right there will spell the end for Cam Newton.

My guess is, Coffee wanted to be near home, enjoys football, but not to the total commitment-Level that is the NFL. Guess he also doesn't like money.

AFC North Homer of the Week

Coming off last week's classic homer entry by John Finley, we have another Browns fan willing to defend Finley's Super Bowl prediction.

BobTheDude83 via Twitter writes: That "Homer of the Week" isn't crazy. People just don't give the Browns any credit at all. [Evan] Moore and [Ben] Watson are a sure-handed TE duo unlike any other. Robo and Mo-Mass are budding receivers. Colt McCoy is accurate, tough, and a true leader. His baptism by fire last season will only make him better. The law firm of Hillis and Hardesty will decimate defenses. Can't be stopped, 13-3 season for the Brownies.

Walker: Thirteen wins, BobTheDude? I give you and John Finley a lot of credit. You gentlemen are bold with your Browns predictions. The last time the Browns won 13 or more games in the regular season was in 1948. You really think that streak will be broken this year? But that's what makes you our "Homer of the Week."
