Regarding Mass Effect 3: Duncan James has some screengrabs from the demo over on his Flickr page.

Not many images from him yet (and it's also not the highest res in the world), but I really appreciated the copy of the ME3 title screen without the logo and 'press any key to continue' all over it. A nice relatively low key ME3 wallpaper.
