Yeah, this happens whenever any new items come out, I'm not sure why they don't add a price immediately so that people don't get screwed.

Make ref, sell for keys, buy unusuals low and sell high. The market is very ugly right now because everyone is getting sick of key/bud hoarders.

I would say sub $10, and that's for the top row alone (The going rate for a refined is $1 right?). But I don't think anyone would buy it for money really. Everything else is pretty useless or everyone already has.

I think the three genuines you have make it at least 15 dollars worth according to the spreadsheet. The rest is maybe 4 extra dollars.

Yup. Whenever a game goes on sale for sub 10 or 5 dollars, people like to buy a bunch of copies, and then after a few weeks after the sale ended, they resell em for normal value.

Don't need trust because Steam inventories are linked, so they put the game in the trade window and you put your TF2 items up.

Like Hazaro said, you can trade there for safest, or you can even look here on gaf. I've made 2 trades that didn't involve both parties exchanging our respective goods through Steam trading and no problems.

I think you are valuing these items too high. All together is approximately 15-16 ref and ref are about ~50 cent each.
