Either way, Quantic Dreams next game will almost without a doubt be based on that demo of the android girl from GDC. Thats what I would expect tbh.

I expect the focus to be on the Vita unless Sony has given up on their portable.

There will be also some announcements for the PS3 (to "keep the momentum going").

I do not think the PS4 will be mentioned. If it comes out late 2014 it should be discussed only at E3 2014 and not this year. The Wii U has killed the Wii since its announcement last year and there is still no release date for the Wii U.

Though is M$ is announcing the 720 (or whatever the name is) then Sony might scramble to announce the PS4 too... (I think M$ will not announce the 720 either though).

Considering that Sony has Demon Souls Ip in their ownership, they are crazy not to make DS2 for both PS3 and Vita. A game like that will sell more then Ratches, Resistances and all Sony Move games combined

That'd be cool, too. Sony owns the IP so they can have anyone else develop DS2, but it's From Software or bust damnit. And they better green light DS2 soon after their comments about how they regretted not publishing Demon's Souls in NA/EU.
