Don't you ever run into any situations where the code has already been used though? I always use the Club Nintendo codes in games I buy, but I also always leave the inserts in the case when I trade them in.

Better than that, though, when you purchase used from Gamefly, you're basically guaranteed a new case with all inserts, manual, etc. |

I letterbombed my Wii just to play through AC:R (a legitimate EU copy). It was pretty good (one of the system's most gorgeous games), though Ashley got a lot whinier in the interim, and almost every character is painfully stupid. I preferred being alone with the ghost, to be honest.

So new rewards appeared -and- vanished while I was at work.

So, could someone summarize the details on these mystery boxes again?
1) What was the actual name of the item? 2) What was the cost? 3) How many versions? 4) When did it appear, and when did it vanish? I get the impression it was only on for a few hours this morning... |

I missed it too. It seems like a sneaky way to get rid of the less popular prizes though.

Spreadsheet updated -- now with NEW data! Club Nintendo reward "item number" is now recorded as well, at least for all the current items (and the mystery boxes). This should make it easier to keep track of a few details later on, such as finding an item description for a "pulled" item. Just put the item number into the following URL.
https://club.nintendo.com/rewards-details/a/27002.do It's not necessarily useful -- yet. Also, does anyone know of a good way to publish a libre/openoffice spreadsheet as/on a website -other- than google docs? Google is choking like crazy on the data, and I know I can run it all smoothly offline -- the problem is that I can't figure out an "easy" way to publish a spreadsheet online. Google docs would want to import and choke on the calcuations, and I can't find a "decent" spreadsheet-to-html option. |

So this thread made me check my status, and I hit Platinum this time. First time since 2009, according to my history. I only hit Gold the past two years.

Got an email from CN telling me I had 110 coins expiring. Apparently it was from the old account I forgot all about. Too bad I can't merge the accounts.

a used game is a product sold as-is. sometimes they don't come with a manual, or codes, or box art, or sometimes, even a box. if you want everything a new game has, you would buy a new game. also, you can return any used game to gamestop before seven days are up and get a full refund on the game if you really wanted to go about obtaining them without feeling bad about it. taking them from new games is not cool. even though the boxes are open, you should expect an unplayed game to come with everything any other unplayed game comes with.

Got my Luigi 3DS pouch today, and I'm pleasantly surprised at the quality. It's very well made, larger than I expected, and the material is thicker than I expected based on comments here. It holds my 3DS with room to spare, and can even fit a PSP if necessary. I like the extra game pouch too, though for OCD reasons I wish I was on the top rather than the bottom. Definitely worth the points, and overall I'm happier with it than I was with the messenger bag (which I do like and use, but I thought it'd be more than it is).

Darn I wish those mystriy boxes hadn't run out so fast, I have 160 coins expiring this year and nothing really good to use them on.
The best prize they ever put up was the messenger bag, I use mine all the time. |

Me too! That's just asking to have one of my games get lost, I need that case! (Obviously I can't secure them somewhere safe, better to just wait for the cases to come back in stock)

Yeah, just got it today. It's not going to protect against drops, etc., but as a basic case, it works. Hopefully, NoA will restock. What do you giys think the new 3DS game will be? Does NoA put quality games up, or should I just expect Metal Torrent-tier?

Probably dumb question but I received an e-mail stating that 100 of my coins expire at the end of June, so I assume it's not any coins in particular/from any specific surveys at this point and I just need to spend at least 100 ASAP and I'll be good right?
Also, do any copies of Wario Land Shake It quality for coins? |

How long does it take them to restock things? I feel like I've been waiting forever for the 3DS case to go back in stock.

Wario Land Shake It should qualify for coins. There's a list in the OP of games released before Dec 2008 that qualify. |

I'd like to see them put up a new game that's completely exclusive to CN until the month is over.
