Shining Force clone. There's plenty of good srpgs out there, but so few (if any) include explorable towns.

I think its a great feature. It helps break up the monotony of battle/menu/battle and means you are able to craft a much deeper world. I hope one day FE will go this route, or Golden Sun goes srpg.

I'd also like a Red Dead Redemption clone but with pirates. I'm picturing a big harbor with many ports and inland areas as well as islands, archipelagos and secret coves. Finding treasure and maps in RDR was fun. Would be even more awesome when referring to it as booty and sailing the seas in search for it.

I'd really like to see a new clone of the good old Goldeneye/Perfect Dark/Timesplitters. Some people might consider these games arcaic, but I don't, I prefer the feeling of these games over what we get now on consoles. And even if Crytek ever let Crytek UK develop TS4, considering how shitty Crysis 2 runs, I'm not sure I really want that. TS4 wouldn't be a true TS game if it runs at 20fps in sub HD...

Hahaha. No, I don't have a specific plot in mind. As said, I was in a fun mood. But I'm saying I'd pick up another console if someone made an Uncharted clone with the similar quality and attention ND/Sony provides. The name was just meant to be a mock rip-off.

I don't think Uncharted will last forever, but pulp adventure style games should be more common, imo. I love the simple, yet grand story of mystery and adventure with a little romance thrown in. Makes the trek worth it more than "get the bad guys, they're bad".

The Elder Wand: Hogwarts

Basically a Harry Potter skinned Skyrim, set in Hogwarts and surrounding areas. You play through seven "years" of gameplay, with all the nonsense HP is doing in the background. Eventually get to choose whether to stay at school, join The Order of the Phoenix or sign up with the Death Eaters. Includes alternate endings with Voldemort winning, the player character taking control of the Elder Wand, or just the regular one where Voldy dies.

Like Pottermore, except good.

Yeah dont just copy they upgrade mechanics and gameplay. Metroid is 50% atmosphere. This is where all metroid clones fail imo
