Facebook-Age: How the hell do you actually delete a post in this thing? #1

So this morning I let my nephews use my tablet and turned out they had fun liking all the videos they saw on the Youtube app which meant they were posted on my Facebook profile.

So I went to the timeline thingy and started deleting them all (Hit the cross, and choose delete). Turns out that simply removes it from the timeline but they still remain on everyone elses news feed, and the only way I knew about it was because a few hours aftewards I got a notification of a comment on the supposedly deleted Youtube posts. There's actually no way for me to access these posts other then if I get a notification about someone else liking/commenting on them.

So all this time I thought I was deleting stuff from facebook I actually wasn't...

There's currently a couple of posts there that I want deleted but I have no idea how to do that.

Welp!

Go to your profile and under your timeline cover picture should be a button called 'Activity Log', hit that and you should be able to remove things from there.

Ok, this is new to me -.- This seems to be the place, HOWEVER, the posts that I removed from my timeline aren't showing up here, even though they are clearly available to others. Other posts like Youtube likes are showing up here.

Is there a way to unremove from timeline so I can go back to the activity log and remove them permanently?
