Possibly, but then if you are Malay, then it is likely that Cantonese food (which is what London does well) is not going to be to your liking. I'm no big fan of Malaysian food, I ate Indian (and Nandos) when I was in KL...

There's some excellent Malaysian restaurant's in London mind. My personal picks Paddington: Satay House (fairly affordable but delicious, full of actual Malaysian customers, which is always a good sign). Edgware Road: Melur (cheap but good, lots of Malaysians eat here too)

Also, I know this is off topic, but please all Londoners reading this thread, go and vote. I don't care who you vote for, but please exercise your right to vote. There are people in the Middle East dying at the moment to win this right, we have it and should always use it. Even if you go in and write "you're all a bunch of bastards" across the ballot paper, that's fine. Just get your voice heard! |

As a student in London it sucks with everything being so expensive compared everywhere else (apart from Dublin). The spark has undoubtedly gone since moving here but the south east of London where I am currently is worlds apart from the city center.
Occasionally if I'm showing friends around or going clubbing in town I have a great time but I wish I could view London from a tourists point of view rather than a grim commuter. |

Royal China is one of the best, and yes,so gutted Oriental City closed! Mini Chinese, Japanese, Asian indoor food courts of street food all packed in to one giant mall. Used to love going there and just picking bits and bobs off all the different stalls.
