DJ Max Portable Black Square Quattra Limited Edition Box: Okay, short story about condition on this: Everything inside the box is in great shape; all I opened are the game and the soundtracks. The box itself was the victim of rude handling by the dudes who finished my basement, getting a small rip in the right hand corner of the lid flap (can send pic if you want) and getting very dusty. I wiped off most of the dust as best I could, but you might be able to remove any remaining residue (the dimpled texture of the box material makes it hard to see what is on there). Generally speaking, it looks decent. $150

I waited a few weeks and the package never came. Once I pm-ed him about it and asked him for a tracking number he didn't put insurance or any other type of tracking on the package. This happened on a $65 transaction for a game. It doesn't cost much at all to place insurance or tracking on a game. Anyway, I waited a few more weeks just in case the package trickled in late and still it didn't show. So, once I brought this up to him and wanted to come to a resolution he tried to sell me a sob story and only offered me half of the money I that I paid him. I brushed off his request and told him to forget about the whole thing because I was sick of dealing with him. I understand that this seller is Neogaf plus (I think) but when things go wrong he is not very good at handling business. Sorry for the long post.

This is why I never use PayPal gift. I'm Gaf Plus and I invoice people through PayPal for anything I sell.

Do you factor in the fees to your price? Buyer pays fees?

If you as a seller are selling something on the internet, you must know that it is your obligation to get the package to their door.

Anything over $20.00 I put delivery confirmation on. I make sure I can see the package delivered to their door. Anything over 50 (usually) gets insured.

I take the chance on things I sell for $20 or less to get to them, or just trust that they never received the item if they tell you they didn't. This should be common practice for sellers on here. I would think a seller should refund the payment in full. Usually these things turn up in a few weeks after being lost in transit.
