MIB has the potential for a cool game, like an open world game where every mission revolved around finding or capturing a certain alien and you would have to talk to people to get information about it.

The gameplay in that demo barely qualifies it as a crappy iOS game. I feel sorry for the people who were ordered to work on this by marketing suits. Suffering somewhat alleviated by the 3 month development period I suppose.

Given a much more experienced and expensive team still wouldn't be able to make a good game with the deadline imposed by the movie release, you might as well farm it out as cheaply as possible.
