Contract is up after MW3, they have Halo 4 coming out the week before and the new US Ass Creed trailer has Xbox exclusive branding. Would be surprised to see them advertise 3 games in 3 weeks.

I think there is a strong possibility that COD is going to end up at another companies conference so, yeah, we don't know for sure that they will be there at MS. Call it 50/50.
