I about lost it at this. Episode was ridiculous but I loved it. Liz wearing the same dress as little Virginia was amazing and the ending with Tracy and Angie getting ready to throw down was a perfect call back to earlier jokes about it. Holy shit, I knew 30 Rock got terrible ratings.. but I didn't know they had gotten so bad as to be sub 3 million sometimes this season. WOW! I dunno how NBC can afford to keep it on the air at this point and that's gut-wrenching to say. :(

That's incorrect. The "easily" part anyway. NBC has numerous comedy pilots they have to make a decision on next week. As I mentioned earlier, someone from NBC told Entertainment Weekly that it was looking like 2 of the 3 were getting brought back, with one of the two only getting 13 episodes to wrap up the series.

Spin me a scenario where one gets canceled, then. I can't imagine one. Community could be practically given away to get it to syndication numbers, Parks & Rec is performing well above NBC's ratings average so it seems completely safe, and I can't imagine NBC pissing off Fey/Michaels by not giving them at least 13 episodes to wrap up 30 Rock.

NBC has much bigger problems to sort out than any of these three shows.

I enjoy community a lot but Parks & Rec and 30 Rock just operate on a different level. It's depressing to know that 30 Rocks's numbers have dropped so much even after going into syndication and constantly being aired on WGN, among other networks.

The scenario that I've heard is bouncing around is that all three will be renewed (possibly with Whitney), but that the entire Thursday lineup will be changed (except for The Office). It's also looking more likely that there will be more time shares.

It's likely that more shows than we'd think on NBC won't make it and there will be a substantial clean house (which is why Whitney is a question mark when its general viewership levels would indicate a renewal), but Community is in a special scenario because of its syndication deal with Comedy Central.

It's also possible that 30 Rock could end - that's something else that's been floating around. But we'll see.

Also, Parks didn't shot two endings because they were scared of cancellation, they shot two endings because of the nature of the story.

We're living in the age where comedies need a laugh track because the audience is too stupid to know when to laugh themselves. In the last decade, we've gone in a complete circle.
