I don't know how Kojipro can do both MGS5 and this new Project Ogre IP. Kojima repeatedly references the Ogre IP on twitter and mentions many times how it's going to be different from his previous games and more sandbox oriented. But they spent a LOT of time working on that new engine, and they give off Metal Gear Rising because obviously it wasn't going well. It's possible MGS5 and Ogre is the same thing but then we don't get the new IP =(

This announcement goes in line with what came out of Kojima and Shikawa's "Master Class" in Paris two days ago.
They talked about KojiPro's future and said they were actually planning on opening a studio in Europe. It's all in French, but you can read a lot of reports about that and actually watch the Master Class in its entirety on Gameblog.fr. They are the third French video games website, known to have a really good relation with KojiPro. http://www.gameblog.fr/news/28859-pa...assage-a-paris http://www.gameblog.fr/news/28829-ko...grale-en-video http://www.gameblog.fr/news/28870-ko...studio-a-paris (the Paris part of this news (which is about the new studio) looks to be pure speculation... unless they actually know and couldn't outright say it). I'm surprised no one talked about this rather instructive visit in Paris, should I make another topic about it? |

At the time the pictures came out, MGS5 wasn't confirmed by Kojima to exist yet. However, since then, we know for sure that KojiPro is indeed working on MGS5. |

The fan translation patch is amazing. The writing is gritty and the dialog is brilliant. I also learned a lot about outer space and the space program from the game, LOL. I seriously doubt that an official localization could be better. The fan translation reminds me of how awesome MGS's localization was.
