Been on a big boat - I've been on planes a few times, but never any sort of cruise ship or yachts.
Met girlfriends' parents - Well, not together at least. I met one of my ex's moms. She hates me. As for the rest, just never occurred before breakups or something.
Smoked - I hate the smell of cigarettes, and cigarette breath, and weed. Not my thing, but I'm cool with people who do it.

I feel like a pretty normal guy, but after reading this thread, I feel like my life is fucking riveting. In retrospect, I guess I've gotten to do some neat/weird stuff - travel to weird places, great concerts, meet interesting people, fly in a fucking airplane (I didn't realize how many people have yet to do this), really random exotic stuff in college (didn't party much - it was all academic/research stuff - some cool archaeological excavations, stuff like that. Came THIS close to getting to do a zero-G "vomit comet" airplane ride to do a chemistry experiment. That would have been amazing/incredibly dangerous) - and then medical school is just a parade of unique life experiences - just to hit one highlight and not go into crazy story time - gave a breast exam to a nun.

And I will say that watching an actual human birth, in person, is one of the most amazing/horrifying/surreal/life-affirming things possible. Multiply that by a thousand when it's your baby. Your life will never change that much, that quickly. I cannot begin to imagine what actually giving birth is like, nor do I particularly want to.

Surprisingly, have yet to see anyone die, do CPR, meet anyone with AIDs...but my clinical experience is really just starting.
Still desperately waiting for the chance to yell "Oh my God! It's gone airborne!" (hopefully as a "hilarious" joke) and "Don't you die on me you son of a bitch!" or some other awesome medicine cliche.
