The cheapest I've seen is here. After shipping and fees it's about $140 for 100 cases (to Nova Scotia), not bad if you can get others to go in with you.

These guys also sell them but I could never get a quote from them over e-mail, I suppose I should give them a call some time.

I never paid them much mind as I had a group that was considering going for the 100 cases at $1.40 per case and these ones are $1.40 per case without shipping, taxes etc.

Color is freakin sweeet! Everything I expected, and much nicer in person IMO. I know some people are bothered by the fact that the analog is grey, but I'm okay with it. It's the pretty, shimmery outside I care about more anyways.
