EDIT: Not REALLY similar to MtG though, since it's not a trading card game. Players take from a common card pool and build their decks that way. Think Dominion, if that helps? |

On another note, have no idea why wizards never tried putting MTGO on the Ipad. Seems like a perfect fit. |

Then the Store where you can buy a variety of perks and other stuff ... some with Golf Bucks, some cash only (no need to spend cash, btw). IMO, it's a really nice amount of content for the price and highly recommended if you enjoy the game. One thing of note ... there are separate iPhone and HD versions - only the iPhone version incorporates Game Center while the HD version has fake in game records only, if that matters to you. |

Have been traveling a bunch so PikPok code giveaways have been thin on the ground in this thread lately, despite us releasing a bunch of new games and updates in the last few weeks.
So, I have 3 "Dreamworks Dragons: TapDragonDrop" codes (worth $1.99 each!) to give away old school style. Be one of the next 3 to quote this post to claim. ![]() hatersgonnahate.gif |

Zombie Outbreak Simulator is free and briefly fun. You set a bunch of different parameters like speed, infection rate, number of zombies, number of civilians, number of police, etc. and then watch the carnage unfold in locations pulled from Google Maps.
Warning: You don't actually do anything other than select the map and then select the parameters. You just watch the action unfold. |

Sweet visuals too. I wonder if that "Other Brothers" game is ever being released. |

Playing on iPhone here for what it's worth, no issues on that front. I was afraid it would have the annoying floaty/weird controls some touch-based platforms come with (like Cavorite), but it plays ok and the jumps are precise when I need them to be. I'm at the last Warehouse level, curious to see how it will perform on harder stages.

One thing I'd like Apple to weed out is titles that prompt users to "rate us 5 stars" to receive something or another in the app.
Looking at some app store reviews, you can definitely get the sense some are inflated by the practice. Best I can tell, apps can't tell the difference about what you rated them, but that doesn't mean that people aren't just going to do what they're told, regardless of how middling the app may actually be.

You get Ace! for doing it on your first try... No idea how to really for sure get 3 stars vs 2 stars, I sometimes think it was perfect and only get 2. Maybe it's time-based? As in, you get 3 stars if you're fast/swipe fluently an don't make the players stop? ( since you can pre-swipe and don't have to wait for stand-still). But no idea.

We do ask people to rate our games in some of our apps, but we tend to do it nicely, without suggesting a score, and only after you've been playing a while, so people tend to rate well anyway (also, maybe we make good games). |
