Ya, I've always imagined LucasArts is at the mercy on the bean counters. The winds could change direction any time. One minute, they could be ramped up with lots of new ideas and projects and then someone in the accounting division of Lucas Corporate sees a soft quarter and everything is cancelled.
No idea if that's really the case, but I've always pictured them like that. They should really be a powerhouse publisher, but they just aren't.
