I wonder what the season's ratings are, as compared to previous ones. I suppose there would be some slight drop off generally since BW isn't as popular as it once was. It seems like the audiences like the SC2 matches, and as expected seem more like fans of the players than the actual game (that goes for BW too). Fangirls don't give a shit about videogames

What I learned from watching today is that a Proleague Terran finally learned that attacking with Stim and Medivacs is good in TvP.

Yeah I saw it, he did a bad attack and ended up contained by a meching player. Flash sent a couple drop ships off to do a drop and the other Terran pulled back all his vikings and hellions to deal with it, and Flash did a marauder drop on the siege tank contain.

Right now seems somethings up with Flash's hardware. Not really liking Flashes TvZ strategy, it's what a lot of terrans have been doing lately in TvZ and it just hasn't been working.

edit: 14 minutes, 1 siege tank, I seriously don't understand why Korean Terrans have started doing this.

Or you know, not building siege tanks anywhere near on time. By the time Flash started tank production RoRo was massing infestors and on the way to broodlords. You just can't be that far behind on tech and ALSO no be doing a pressure build against Zergs. It's just straight up suicide.

he had the tech, he just didnt have the scouting. great thing about drops is they can tell you zergs on hive/see tech.

Crazy Muta control from Jaedong in a ZvP (Trap), wasn't even magic boxing against Archons. Basically he went Muta/ling and beat blink Stalker/Archon/Immortal. Trap opened with a DT rush that caught Jaedong off guard, despite him seeing the two gases in the natural. 21 drones killed, and he continued to lose them throughout the game. Jaedong kept massing Mutas, took out Trap's third while taking his own fourth. Looked like he wanted to trigger a base race but Trap kept coming back to his base. Finally Jaedong went for the kill.

Team 8 is #1 in Proleague!! Fuck yeah!! 7-game win streak and Jaedong is 6-1 in Ace matches.

Also now that you mention it Sea has been kinda slumping lately. Same with Jaedong. Weird. I really want to like Team 8 but I don't know what's going on with that team.

Protoss is so different in SC2 that it's pretty much learning a new race. FFs, warp ins, almost completely different unit line up, etc.
