Hell, the soundtrack wins for "Deadman's Gun" alone.
This trumps that

Have we had Bastion yet? Bastion

Listening to some of the Nier soundtrack for the first time, yeah, the phrase 'a load of bollocks' springs to mind

All i know is that Gusty Garden Galaxy is still what pulls most at my heart strings this entire gen, its fucking grandiose.
This music is so good that it tricks me into thinking I've played this game during my childhood.

I still think Shatter on PSN takes the cake.

How in the hell do you make a Dues Ex thread and not include this track?

Fema - Stress Theme

However Jesper Kyd still has made the best soundtracks this gen with Assassins Creed II, Brotherhood and Revelations. Kyd has been so consistent he has long surpassed some of the Japanese greats.

L.A Noire also had an excellent soundtrack;

L.A Noire - Slow Brood

Other obvious ones such as Red Dead.

Journeys OST is ridiculously over rated, however I'd rather listen to Journeys music than any of the Mario: Galaxies disney esque, whimsical garbage. The soundtrack is horrible, and every time someone posts a song from those games its embarrassing and down right creepy.

Thats a good one too, really enjoyed it.

One of my favorite OST's will always be Amon Tobin and Chaos Theory, he was good in Infamous too.

Whether or not you cared for the gameplay, Grant Kirkhope's usual magic was there in Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts. Which is great, as it was the last game he worked on before leaving Rare.

Banjoland (If you're a fan of the old Banjo games and somehow haven't listened to this before, then do so now. It's a wonderful medley of Kazooie/Tooie tunes)
Showdown Town (this one really reminds me of Wallace & Gromit)
Nutty Acres

Super Meat Boy is also up there for me.

Ballad of the Burning Squirrel
Can o' Salt
Rocket Rider
It Ends
It Ends 2: End Harder

Neotokyo (HALF LIFE 2 MOD) is the most underrated unknown OST of all time. I listen to this CD in my car near damn everyday. Full album has 27 tracks but here are some of my favorites. ENJOY!

Annual
Imbrium
Tin Soldiers
Departure
Nimbus
Haka
Scrap IO
Automata
